Shipping Policy Page

Normally, orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, there is the rare exception, for example, extreme weather conditions or we are attending a bird event. In these cases, you will be notified via email of the delay.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

• Free shipping on orders over $100US within the U.S.A.
• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
• International shipping prices vary by territory.
• International orders do not include duties or taxes. These are your responsibility.
